What a session with me looks like:
In session, I take a collaborative, trauma‑informed, and systems‑oriented approach. I work with you to identify the patterns, stressors, and relational dynamics contributing to your current symptoms, and we develop practical strategies to support regulation, insight, and long‑term change. My style is warm, direct, and structured, balancing reflective exploration with evidence‑informed interventions. I aim to provide a steady, grounded space where you can build skills, increase self‑awareness, and gradually rise above the challenges that have been impacting your daily functioning and relationships. Lastly, I do not do cookie cutter therapy- what works for one client may not work for the next, so I tailor strategies to fit the person in front of me.
Why Choose Virtual Therapy:
Virtual therapy offers flexible, accessible support from a space where you already feel safe and grounded. Meeting from home can make it easier to open up, stay consistent, and integrate new skills into your daily life. It removes barriers like travel, time constraints, and unpredictable schedules, allowing you to focus fully on your healing and growth.
How to get started:
Begin by scheduling a free 15‑minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about what you’re hoping to work on, discuss my approach, and explore how I can support you. We’ll also review payment methods, scheduling, and what the first steps in therapy will look like.
